●Adjustment of lubricating oil quantity in key parts:
1. How to adjust the amount of oil supplied to the rotary hook of the sewing machine (be sure to turn off the power).

1) Raise the presser foot and let the hook rotate for more than 30s.
2) Put test paper such as copy paper under the rotating hook every 5s. Please do not move the paper during the measurement. Also, be careful not to touch the fast-rotating hook with your fingers.
3) At this time, linear oil stains will be left on the paper. According to the width of the oil stain, you can judge whether the oil quantity is appropriate.
It is normal for the width of the oil stain to be within 1~2mm. According to different sewing products, the amount of oil will increase or decrease, but if it decreases too much, the rotary hook will be burnt when the machine is sewing at high speed. , please pay attention to this point.
2. About the lower shaft fixing screw oil core
When the adjustment screw cannot adjust the oil volume, it is possible that the oil core of the lower shaft fixing screw is blocked by garbage or the like. At this time, it is necessary to remove the rotary hook, clean the oil core or replace it with a new one. In addition, since the material of the lower shaft fixing screw is relatively soft, please pay attention when installing it.
3. Adjustment of the oil volume of the machine head
Generally, the amount of oil on the face does not need to be adjusted, but in the case of less oil supply to the machine head or more serious oil precipitation, please adjust it in the following order. Remove the panel, and rotate the oil quantity adjustment pin on the upper shaft to adjust the oil quantity. When the oil does not come out after adjusting the face, it may be that there is a problem with the oil supply device from the oil pump to the face.
